Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us at ranasbreakthroughcounselling@gmail.com  if you need to make adjustments to your order. Our orders fill pretty quickly, so the time window for changes and/or cancellations is very short. Nonetheless, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

Can online items be returned in a store?

No, RANAS Breakthrough Counselling, LLC retailers will not be able to refund items purchased online.

How is sales tax calculated into my order?

​

The tax rate that is applied to your order is combined with state and local rates for the address where your order is being shipped. RANAS Breakthrough Counselling charges sales tax on orders being shipped to Ohio, Florida, New York, Texas and California

Are the items offered online also available in store?

Not at this time.

Do you sell at wholesale price?

Yes. Please contact us at ranasbreakthroughcounselling@gmail.com to inquire about wholesale pricing.

Do you sell personalized cards?

Not at this time. 

Printing Instructions

For Digital Downloads

Internet Explorer

- Click the round gear icon in the upper right corner of your web browser.

- Click ‘Print.’

- Click ‘Page Setup.’

- Change all Margins to 0”.  You may see the margin numbers change to something like 0.166 or 0.236 or 0.13 and this is fine.  The goal is to have the lowest possible number for your margins.

- Change all six sections under “Header and Footer” to empty.

- Place a check in the box next to ‘Enable Shrink to Fit.’

- Click ‘OK’ to exit your print menu.

Google Chrome

- Click the 3 dot menu in the upper right corner of your web browser.

- Click ‘Print.’

- Set Layout to Portrait

- Scroll down and click ‘More Settings.’ Use the Tab key on your keyboard to move further down the list if you are unable to scroll down.

- Set Paper Size to either 'Letter' or '8.5 x 11'.

- Change Margins to default.

- Set Scale to default

- Remove the checkmark next to Headers and Footers. 

- Click ‘Cancel’ to exit your print menu.

Safari

- Click ‘File’ in the upper left corner of your screen.

- Click ‘Print.’

- Click ‘Show Details.’

- Remove the checkmark next to Headers and Footers.

- Click ‘Cancel’ to exit your print menu.

Firefox for Windows

- Click the 3 line menu button in the upper right corner of your web browser.

- Click ‘Print.’

- Click ‘Page Setup.’

- Click the Margins & Header/Footer tab.

- Change the Top, Left, Bottom, and Right Margins to 0.0

- Change all options under Headers & Footers to Blank.

- Click ‘OK.’

Microsoft Edge

* At this time, we do not recommend using the Edge Browser, as our cards will not print properly.

Firefox for Mac

- Click ‘File’ in the upper left corner of your screen.

- Click ‘Print.’

- Click ‘Show Details.’

- Change all options under Headers & Footers to Blank.
